Hi,

I have an excellent QA consultant available.  He is ready to relocate anywhere in the US.

Summary:

• 6+ years of Experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong emphasis on Manual TESTING and AUTOMATION TOOLS . Experience in managing requirements, test plans, test strategy, test cases, test sets and defects in Test Director/ Quality Center.

• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Methodologies.

• Extensive experience in using defect tracking tools such as Mercury Quality Center, Test Director.  
• Experienced in the QC, QTP, Load Runner installations, and configurations automation framework designs.
• Possesses excellent skills in Bug Reporting using Test Director and Quality Center.

• Experienced in converting user requirements from functional requirements specifications to build the testing life cycle, including writing test plans, test cases, test scripts and executing the test scripts in automated testing tools.
• Experience in functional, regression, stress / load / performance testing of web-based and client-server applications using Mercury Interactive Test Suite: Test Director 8.5,  QuickTestPro 8.2 and Quality Center 8.2.
• Used Quality Center for requirement management, planning, execution, defects tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate the creation of system test plans, test cases and test executions with test team.
• Monitor product quality throughout the release life cycle.
• Develop test documentation – test plans, test suites, test cases
• Identify and report software defects using custom and commercial bug tracking systems.
• Knowledge of defect life cycle & excellent management from logging a defect to

• Expertise in problem solving and bug tracking reports using Bug Tracking tools like Test Director and Quality Center.
