Required Skills:
Extensive experience developing VB.net applications 2.0 and above and use of .net development tools and best practices
2. Extensive experience working with SQL best practices in Oracle Relational Database
3. Direct experience with HL7 formats
4. Direct experience working with PHIN-MS
5. Proven experience as Tier2 and 3 support for enterprise level applications
6. Proven organization, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
7. Familiarity with Microsoft Source-Safe
