Job Title: Sr. Java Developer with Murex
Location: Stamford, Connecticut

Deliverables: We are implementing Murex as a platform for Fixed Income Trading in Brazil. As part of this project they need to integrate Murex with their downstream systems. This will require a team of 3-4 developers to build a transformation layer to feed their's Risk and Finance systems via their in house protocol .   

Job Description:
The skills needed to be covered by the integration team are Java, Unix, SQL and Murex with some business knowledge. For the risk and finance feeds they will need to develop JavaAdapters that will transform and verify flat files using the  in-house  protocol.  The protocol is a collection of jar files and mapping xmls which define the  format by which information is transferred between systems within the bank. There are up to 10 additional interfaces that do not use this Protocol, which will need to be designed and developed. Other tasks which may need to be picked up by the team are environment management, End of Day development and Datamart maintenance.

Previous experience developing interfaces for financial institutions.

Must have: Java, UNIX/Linux

Murex, SQL, XML, JMS
