1. Design patterns and data structures (stacks, queues, etc).
2. Java language Basics: Exception Handling
3. Java concurrency framework: Threads, Locks,
4. I/O: File Handling, Socket Programming
5. Java Collection Framework
6. JVM Basics: Garbage collection, Java ergonomics (memory), Java
performance tuning
7. Java Generics framework.
8. Logging frameworks (Any one of log4j, java logging)
9. Build tools (Any one of ant, maven)
10. Version control (Any one of SVN, CVS)
11. App servers (Any one of Tomcat, JBoss)
12. Frameworks (Any one of Spring, Struts)
13.Unix shell scripting
