Job Description :

 

·         5+ years development experience. Expert technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in program development in one or more technology environments. ·         Expert skills in verbal and written communications, with the ability to express highly complicated technical concepts in business terms. ·         Expert analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams. ·         Strong experience in the industry or in a production/service environment similar to SEu. Extensive knowledge in systems development life cycle and methodologies . Demonstrated ability to lead small (1-3 resources) development efforts.

Responsibilities:

·         Conducts requirements gathering, systems analysis, and design for medium complexity applications (SharePoint) with emphasis on doc. mgt. ·         Prepares detailed program specifications for medium complexity applications from which programs will be designed, coded, configured, visually developed, tested, and debugged. Follows program specifications to design, install, code, configure, visually develop, test, debug, and document application programs. Develops business knowledge and relationships to integrate activities with other IT and business personnel to ensure successful implementation of projects and production support efforts. ·         The candidate will be responsible for creating first draft presentations and status reports, help provide business process analysis with technical aptitude, deliver on daily project tasks, troubleshoot system issues with ticketing system. ·         Must be able to assist in policy and governance development.    Required Skills Comments .Net Visual Studios programming, silver light, .net for SharePoint Development Backup And Restore Must understand and have working knowledge of backup/restore. Data Warehousing Records/document management High Availability Server and application high availability Microsoft SQL 2006 SQL 2008 Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS Process Modeling Workflow/process implementation within SharePoint
