Job Title: Business Test Lead

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 12 months+

 

Job Requirement:

·         Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information services or business.

·         5 years of hands-on testing experience of software applications with exposure to the full development cycle – from requirements through post-release. 

·         Experience with IT Product Lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy)

·         Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

 

Job Description:

·         Responsible for working with multiple Advanced Meter Work streams to support Test Strategy which will support test approach, roles and responsibilities, test data requirements, and testing tools and processes.

·         Lead detailed test cases and scenario creation to validate business and system enhancements within CIS and PACER.

·         Work with Security, Architecture & Service Delivery project leads to integrate CIS testing with testing being completed by other systems.  Support Advanced Meter End-to-End testing efforts.

·         Identify and document testing risks and mitigation approaches.

·         Work with Testing Team leads to support Test Entry and Test Exit efforts in support of multiple works streams.

·         Manage Testing deliverables.

·         Manage identification, documentation and resolution of defects.  

·         Manage HPQC reporting of various test execution efforts.

·         SPARX experience a nice to have.

·         Basic TSO/ISPF, MVS, OS, DB2, Spufi to create queries and reports to verify test results.

·         Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail and problem-solving.

·         Ability to effectively communicate complex technical matters in business terms.

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·         Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
