Description:   
•Prepare a Project Management Plan
•Manage the day-to-day tasks of Trapeze bus and rail scheduling project
•Prepare meeting agendas, facilitate project team meetings and record meeting minutes
•Track and monitor progress toward the project plan
•Communicate directly with project related clients and other project stakeholders
•Participate in business process and software implementation sessions as outlined in the PMP.
•Use Trapeze and scheduling knowledge to assist on integration tasks and coordinate among users, vendor and IT staff.
•Compile and consolidate technical design recommendation for review by the project team
•Manage the day-to-day tasks of the project to upgrade the Trapeze bus and rail scheduling system
•Communicating directly with project related clients and other project stakeholders.
•This PM needs to work closely with WMATA Officers and leadership as requested.
•Report to IT COTR as requested to support the success of the project.
