Title: Business Analysts

Duration: It is a 12 month right to hire.

Interview Process: 2 phone screens and 1 F2F (they will cover costs) the F2F includes a group
presentation to demonstrate skills.

Training: 1-2 days F2F most likely in the Philly area. Followed by modular self-directed training
(they have materials), and phone training.

Most travel is East-coast (in fact, Boston-VA)

These people travel to client sites (about 75% of the time) and work remotely when they are not

on-site.

3-10 years of experience.
Pharma background preffered
Outstanding phone communications are very very important.
Willingness to travel to various locations in the US – occasionally international

Expectations of Candidate:
ü Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
ü Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
ü Capable of working in a sometimes fast paced production envi.ronment.
ü Ability to provide writing samples or presentation materials
ü Excellent analytical skills - absorb a great deal of information and quickly determine the
relevant information and how it fits into the puzzle we're trying to solve.
