Description :
8 – 12 Years and the person will be responsible for managing application teams from onsite and will the SPOC for the customer. Responsible for work allocation, tracking, SLA management, Resourcing.
Should have done project management for min of 3 to 4 years in support/enhancement & development projects
Should have technical knowledge on Cobol and Mainframe
Should have WMS functional knowledge
Good to have AS400 experience
Should be PMA/PM Elite certified
Will be involved in the complete SDLC for a Medium/ Large Development Project right from working on RFPs, estimation.
Should have excellent customer interaction, communication skills
Exposure to Managed services engagements, ITIL process will be an added advantage
