12 months

 

1. Knowledge Transition

a. Act as Knowledge Receipent and understand the Pricing Product Features

b. Understand existing SFDC Products Features/Functionalities

c. Understand the Architecture and Solution of SFDC Products

d. Understand the existing SFDC Code and Interface details

2. Development Process & Methodology

a. Understand the way agile development methodology is implemented and used 

b. Understand the development process 

3. Solution/Technical Architect

4. Work closely with the customer project manager and product manager (Single Point of Contact)

5. Understand new features/requirements of the next release of the product

6. Prepare Requirements Documents after conducting the requirements gathering session

7. Provide state of art solution and technical architecture

8. Provide excellent usability design 

9. Conduct Workshops for the solution review

10. Carry out Proof Of Concepts if needed

11. Manage and co-ordinate the development and testing team

12. Technical guidance to the development team

13. Integration solution with SDFC products and the enterprise applications

14. Status Reporting to the customer project manager

15. Project Monitoring, Tracking and Controlling

1. SFDC Product Solutioning

2. Project Management

3. Onsite Offshore Co-ordination

4. Usability / Creative solutioning

5. Creating custom user interfaces with VisualForce

6. Developing custom business logic using APEX

7. Writing Test Classes

8. Work Flow rules/Approval Processes

9. Basics of Administration

10. Agile Development Methodology

11. Any one of ETL Tool experience
