Functions:

General administration – user account, set defaults, security, browser errors

Workflow troubleshooting – purchase order stalled, store room conflicts

Work order troubleshooting – change status, close out, service association

 Configuration changes – implement solutions provided by analyst

Skills:

Maximo experience; Version 7 preferred

WebSphere experience

Maximo Integrated Framework experience

Maximo Application Designer experience

Possess excellent customer service

Communicate technical concepts with functional staff
