Short Description:
Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst with 8+ years experience.

Complete Description:
The Senior SQA Analyst is expected to operate under the guidance of the Test Manager and carry out validation and verification and related tasks for one or more projects as assigned. The position may require to work independently on a single project or in collaboration on multiple projects.

Candidate is expected to be familiar with SDLC, documentation, tools and current practices and policies used in software industry. The candidate is expected to be able to carryout entire testing process with minimum guidance, and be proactively report to Test Manger on issues, task progress, and test reports.

Behavior Characteristics:
Review business, functional and technical requirements, design documents, and database designs; Develop test cases; Update automated tests; LoadRunner scripts; Conduct manual tests; Produce traceability matrix, test reports, Integration Test
  
Required Skills:

Experience with SQL 2005+
Experience with the Emerging HP Quality Center version 9+ (Test Director)
Experience with Quick Test Pro
Experience with HP LoadRunner
Expereince with Serena Dimensions (or other change management tool)
Experience with Object Oriented Programming Language
Ability to use MS Excel extensively
Excellent communication skill
Experience with financial systems testing
Experience with Testing emerging Cloud Technologies and Applications

Desired Skills:
Experience with case management systems
