| Roles & Responsibilities | Experience with Essbase version 11x and knowledge of working with Essbase Excel add-in, and other Hyperion Reporting tools is required Experience with building BSO cubes and optimizing BSO cubes Experience with use of sparse/dense dimensionality concepts, attribute dimensions, calculation scripts, load rules, security filters, ESSCMD and basic MAXL commands Microsoft Excel experience Experience of Essbase, Planning and HFM Administration Experience of Essbase, Planning and HFM Performance Tuning Experience with Hyperion Planning, Microsoft ACCESS is highly preferred, as is basic knowledge of financial accounting and analysis Ongoing maintenance of the Hyperion Essbase environment, and its data integrity. Includes monitoring multiple data loads and multiple cubes; continuously validating the results; and safeguarding the company's main financial repository through regular backups Work with finance functions to improve analytics through increased use of Hyperion functionality |
