Data Modeler in Worcester, MA.
Duration- Long Term
- Must have 5 years Data Modeling experience.
- Must have 5 years Operation data stores (ODS), Operational Data Warehouses, and data mart design experience.
- Must have experience with type 1,2 and 3 slowly changing dimensions.
- Must have cross subject area data model design experience.
- Must have 3+ years with CA ERwin versions 7.3 and 8.1.
The expert level data modeler must have 5+ years of data modeling experience in data warehouse environments including knowledge of Kimball methodology of designing Star Schemas with surrogate keys.
Must have the ability to write queries and load sample data to the test physical model to validate the design before handing off to the ETL developers. The database environment is SQL SERVER 2008R2--
