Primary: PSFT Performance Management
Secondary: HCM skills, General knowledge of Talent management modules.
- Someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done.
- A good communicator who can deal with managers (even C level at times) but not be too salesy...
- A performance Mgmt expert
- Very Strong HCM skills
- Compensation and Other talent mgmt modules (succession, etc.) a big plus...
