Requirement:
Lotus Notes Client Administrator.
Seeking a Lotus Notes client expert to assist and oversee day-to-day support activities for IT services for messaging/collaboration.
Support users prior to and after a mail migration from Lotus Notes mail to Outlook mail. Provide high level support to the Support Center and field techs.
There will be usage of some non-standard Lotus Notes administration tools to support users on a daily basis.
Strong communication skills necessary for daily interaction with the user community and the email support provider.
Experience requested:
3+ years in the following:
IBM Lotus Notes 7.x & 8.x client administration
Strong Lotus Notes email archiving experience
Local replication
Mail file templates
Mail file quota management
ACL group creation and administration
Mail-in database & Pool-ID creations.
Sametime assistance
In addition, knowledge in the following products and services are also beneficial:
Microsoft Outlook 2010
Microsoft Lync
Microsoft Sharepoint
Lotus Notes mail to Microsoft Outlook migration experience
