Overview:
(Looking for candidates with experience in Mitchell Decision Point)
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst on technology based projects, preferably in the insurance industry (Property and Casualty).
- Prior software engineering experience is an advantage.
- Some experience with requirements associated with package solutions like PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems
- Medical Claims experience is a big plus
- Property & Casualty experience is a big plus
Skills and knowledge:
o Familiarity with different requirements gathering tools and techniques such as Use Case Narratives, Use Case Diagrams, Business Process Modeling, Activity Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Interviewing, Requirements Workshops, Surveys etc.
