Job Title: SAP Business Objects XI/4.0 Solutions Architect – Lead

Location: Farmington, CT

Duration:  6+ Months

Qualifications:

The project is to migrate their Business Objects environment from 6.5 to XI.

 

Act as working team lead, PM, and solution architect for the planning, strategy, and building of the client's Business Objects XI/4.0 environment. This team will plan and execute the client's conversion/migration from BOBJ 6.x to the most current SAP BO platform. The position requires a proven track record of solution architecting this migration/conversion including project planning, technical BO architecture solution visioning, estimating, SAP BO tool evaluation, and selection.

 

Qualifications

- Business Objects - 10 yrs

- SAP Business Objects Project Management - 7 yrs

- Oracle BI/DWH - 7 yrs

- Business Objects migration to XI and 4.0 - 5 yrs

- Data Warehousing concepts and methodologies - 10 yrs

- SAP Business Objects - 7 yrs

The ideal candidate has good communication and negotiation skills, is proactive, and is effective managing a team.
