Role: Support Analyst- Finance functional

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Baltimore, MD

Relevant Expereince:  6+ 

Technical/Functional Skills: Experience as a functional consultant in at least 2 of the following modules – AP, AR, GL, PA, iExpense, iSupplier.

 

Expereince Required: At least 1 project experience of working as a functional support analyst in a support engagement

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Issue/bug fix

·         Designing new enhancements

·         Configuration

 

Role: Support analyst – Oracle EBiz Techno-functional

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Baltimore, MD

Relevant Expereince: 6+

Technical/Functional Skills: Oracle EBiz technical associate with experience in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, Alerts, Triggers, Interfaces etc

Experience in some of the following modules – AP, AR, GL, PA, iExpense, iSupplier, PO, WMS, iProc, INV (basic configuration, basic flow, table structure, interfaces available in these modules, etc)

 

Expereince Required: At least 1 project experience of working as a technical support analyst in a support engagement

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Issue/bug fix

·         Designing and developing new enhancements

·         Basic Configuration

·         Documentation (design docs, test scripts, installation document)

 

 

 

Role: Oracle Apps-Sysadmin

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Baltimore, MD

Relevant Expereince: 3 -4 Yrs 

Technical/Functional Skills: Patching / Cloning /Security Management  and Troubleshooting

 

Roles & Responsibilities: System Administration of Oracle Apps (11.5.10) @ onsite. Single Point Of Contact for all application related issues. Will need to support additional application related to Oracle Apps.

 

 

 

Role: Project manager/lead for Oracle ERP support engagement

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Baltimore, MD

Relevant Expereince: 10+ 

Technical/Functional Skills: Experience in managing Oracle ERP support/enhancement engagement. In addition experience of working as a functional or technical consultant in Oracle EBiz projects.

 

Expereince Required: At least 1 project experience of managing a support engagement

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Team lead

·         SLA reporting

·         Status reporting

·         Facilitating onsite offshore coordination

·         Addressing risks and issues logged
