Position Title: Technical Business Analyst

Job Location:  Bloomington, IL

Duration: 6 Months Contract     

 

Description:

Þ      Desired process, development, business analysis skills

Þ      Process modeling/requirements modeling skill set/backgrounds; 3+ years experience

Þ      Business Process Analysis skill set

Þ      Expertise in Business Process Management, Service Process flows and Process Modeling

Þ      ITIL v3 certified very desirable

Þ      Experience in requirements gathering/requirement management

Þ      Prepare business requirements and functional documents

Þ      Expert experience in business/systems documentation use case analysis

Þ      Strong communication skills

Þ      Ability to organize/lead various development teams in order to drive creation of appropriate artifacts

Þ      Capture, document current state/future state business processes including User Stories

Þ      Data analysis skills is a plus

Þ      Experience defining process roles/responsibilities; completing RACI matrices

Þ      Ability to identify gaps in current processes and lead groups to consensus on solution

 

Tools Experience desired:

Þ      MS Visio

Þ      Lotus Notes Collaboration

Þ      SharePoint 2010

Þ      MS Excel

Þ      PowerPoint

Þ      HP Service Manager, PPM or like tools

Þ      MEGA
