Position: SAP SD with EDI
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Rate: 70/hr All Inclusive max
Client: UPS
Need 8+ yrs of Experience
Knowledge of SAP SD Functional. Good Knowledge of Output configurations. Design
EDI processes to align with SAP standards. Develop and implement new output
determination strategy to facilitate migration of EDI trading partners incrementally
while continuing to process non-migrated customers without disruption. Work with
client technical staff to design, and implement ABAP program and function module
customizations to EDI and other SD functions. Create detailed mapping specifications
for different EDI Message types - Example 810, 812, etc. Develop, test and
implement maps for the above transaction sets. Evaluate and modify design of
inbound and outbound Idoc customization for new business line. Develop detailed
cutover task plan for EDI and ALE implementation. Coordinate unit and functional
integration testing with EDI subsystem team. Issues and follow up with specification,
testing and implementation of their resolution. Knowledge of Gentran and their EAI
tools.
Management Skills: The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills. Requires;
presentation skills, planning, organizing, problem-solving and initiative.
