Urgent Technical Lead(Web Service/XML) in Rahway, NJ

The position is for   Technical Lead(Web Service/XML), 

Location : Rahway, NJ

Duration : 6-12 Months

Skills Requested :

• Strong communication skills are a must. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members, users, and management will be needed. 

Technical Skills : 

• Strong DBA and programming skills, java, C#, and xml programming experience in SOA framework is preferred. 
• Also, experience with XSD canonical models, and WSDL services. 
• Recent experience and strong ability to perform queries, retrieve data, and analyze data from database. 
• Ability to create ad-hoc reports and views from database as needed. Ability to create code for data tagging within the Oracle database for queries.

Analytical and Project Organization Skills : 

• Accountable for meeting deadlines and supporting users and team members in a timely manner. 
• Ability to interact with technical support team regarding migrations and user data.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem solving skills required. 
• The ability to communicate time estimates, level-of-effort estimates, and level of complexity when required. 

Required Skills :

• In-depth understanding of SDLC deliverables, experience authoring SDLC type deliverables. Software development background. Knowledge Sql Server, Oracle, etc.) Team player 

Desired Skills :

• Experience with Data migration, MDM and CRM solutions, and data cleansing activities is desirable. 
• Location preference: New Jersey Base. 
• The assignment could be extended based on performance. 
• Experience working with vendor and shared services. 

Additional Considerations :  

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly when needed.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
• Preferred data architecture experience and knowledge of modeling as needed. 
• SharePoint experience nice to have. 
• Knowledge of ERWIN, and Power Designer software is nice to have.
