Title: Junior PM/Project Coordinator/BA

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Rate: $48/hr on C2C/1099

Required:

Skills	Yrs of exp	Rate yourselves on a scale of 1-5 is desired (1=weak, 3= average, 5=expert)
4 yr college degree
Job experience equivalent: 2-7 years of Business Analyst/ Project Manager or Within the last 3 years:
1 year engagement experience managing large scale, complex projects with multiple dependencies
2 years engagement experience on insurance or financial services industry projects(s)
Experience facilitating the business through the assessment phase of a project including scope definition, high level requirement gathering, cost/benefit analysis development, etc.
Experience using earned value management techniques for tracking and communicating project performance
Experience gathering and presenting project progress and success metrics for executive level reporting
Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, both verbally and in writing
Proven ability to project lead a cross-functional, multi-location, multi-sourced project team
MS Office Word and Excel experience
Customer service and excellent communication skills.
