·         Support for Citrix environment (XenDesktop / XenApp) which includes; environment design, deployment, and configuration
·         Incident and problem management
·         PowerCLI (Citrix/XenDesktop Scripting)
·         XenDesktop 4 implementation & support
·         XenApp implementation
·         VMware ESX
·         XenDesktop 4.x experience
·         XenApp experience
·         VMware ESX knowledge
·         Base knowledge of networking, TCP/IP protocols, Active Directory and Windows Core technologies
·         Programming Language: In one of following: VBScript or Powershell
