Job Tittle : SAP HCM Security Analyst
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 10 Months Contract
Rate : DOE
Required Skills:
4+ years SAP Security experience with extensive HCM experience
Proficient with SAP security role design and build using PFCG
Proficient with standard role-based and position-based (structural) security
Experience in 2 full (end to end) life cycle implementation projects
At least 1 full cycle implementation using structural authorizations
At least 1 full cycle implementation of HCM Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service
Familiar with the three-tiered architect approach to role design
Security Risk Assessment experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business
Team player attitude
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Document roles, process and procedure
Desired Skills:
Experience with HCM, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Compensation, Employee/Manager Self Service, Portals, or XI/PI security
