Technical/Functional Skills	:	Java/JEE web application -IBM Message Broker -SOA -Experience with software development cycle and Application quality process (i.e. Change control, GxP /validation, configuration Mgt etc.)
Experience Required		Strong experience as Technical Lead in Integration. Able to provide technical solutions Required Technology knowledge – -Java/JEE web application; -IBM Message Broker -SOA -Experience with software development cycle and Application quality process (i.e. Change control, GxP /validation, configuration Mgt etc.) Nice to have skills – -Agile experience -Business continuity – (taking into account… Fault-tolerance environment, Performance, Risk , and Security concerns)   Soft Skills: -Address/contribute to complex technical and process challenges with minimal supervision -Ability to work as part of an international team -Presentation and documentation skills -Share/Transfer knowledge to others -Inquisitive (including formulating targeted questions) -Good written and oral communication
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Project goal:  Overall technical lead responsible for designing SOA solutions to publish/consume data directly to R&D's ESB.  Role will include close collaboration with R&D IT's enterprise architects and other teams responsible for delivering business services to the ESB The TL will be expected to provide leadership and consultation on technical matters ; work with various groups to define the targeted architecture. The TL will need to work with GSK's internal testing service, GSK's support organization,  outsource vendor and other internal stakeholders to oversee the implementation, deployment, data migration to new platform..
