Role: Performance Test Manager

Location: Wallingford, CT
Start Date: ASAP.

6 Months

 

REQUIREMENT:

·         Responsible for designing and maintaining the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan, Stakeholder and Team management along cost, time and schedule guidelines.

·         This position has supervisory responsibilities.

·         The incumbent should support and promote the values of UST Global and abide by all its policies and procedures.

·         Basically a Testing PM with good experience on LoadRunner/Performance testing.

·         Communication Skills Must be able to communicate directly with the client.

·         Must be willing to ask questions with the client, and be outgoing in personality

·         Must have excellent writing skills

·         Must be willing to tell the client bad news and have a solution for the bad news.

·         Must be able to schedule and control staff at offshore.
