Title: Sr BI Developer

Duration 12+ Months

Location: Birmingham Alabama.

 

Key experience:

Experience leading the design of BI solution including interviewing

end users to determine hierarchies, dimensions, and analytical needs.

Design and implementation of enterprise scalable data performance

through relational data structures to high performing analytical

dimensional models or cubes.

Experience developing executive level user interface that is intuitive,

easy to use, and informative.

Experience developing framework / portal with easy-to-use navigation

of components such as scorecard view to deeper analysis.

Framework experience with data security and role based security.

Experience with iterative approach to prototype front end solutions

and adjust to customer needs.

Experience with Microsoft and/or Oracle BI tools.

Competencies and Skills Required:

Minimum of 2 years total experience building BI solutions preferred

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, including ETL, database modeling,

BI data modeling, BI score carding and analytics tools.

Strong communications skills.

Ability to and bridge the needs of the customer and IT through communications and solutions.

Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, client-focused, environment.

Ability to clearly write technical specifications.
