Technical and Functional Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in IBM Mainframes, COBOL, JCL and tools. Experience in ALC is a plus (Will ALC for Claims).
1 to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Claims experience.

Following are responsibilities specific to the given system area
DW Ticket Support
Participates in the daily operations meetings.
Responsible for monitoring the DW Tickets box and Assignments.
Resolving tickets assigned to BestShore team.
Facilitates communication with OnShore team for DW tickets.
Provides timely status updates to onsite team for DW tickets.

Non SBAM related work types
Understand the approach for work types assigned to BestShore team
Ensures on time delivery of assigned work products with quality
Participate in all work product reviews
