My name is Edward and I'm a recruiter at Ar Systems, US staffing and IT consulting company. We are constantly on the look out for professionals to fulfill the staffing needs of our clients, and we currently have a job opening that may interest you. Below is a summary of the position.

Location: Seattle, WA
Length: 3 months

Rate: $55/hr all inc.

Interview: Phone

 

·         The position is for a Force Development Team Lead role for a Platform based delivery project.

·         This person should have strong experience with Force platform capabilities and ideally, integration options with Salesforce.

·         Along with experience with the Force APIs, they should have very strong web standards and best practice experience (CSS, HTML, Ajax, etc).

·         Resource should be versed in package creation/promotion, and familiar infrastructure and performance concerns.

·         Resource will be expected to effectively lead a team of 3-5 (at least initially) offshore resources.

·         This means tactical day-to-day assignments, review, and coordination based on decisions and meetings that take place onshore.

·         We're running the Scrum process, so the resource would be familiar with the dynamics of the Scrum methodology.

·         One concern is around the area of design and code quality.

·         This team lead would be able to define and enforce the correct processes to bring up the initial code quality and set the right expectations and transparency based on the day to day issues that arise for the offshore team when realizing requirements.

·         One additional expectation for the role is – ability to provide leadership and guidance on the use and implementation of Force platform itself, particularly when making solution design and architecture decisions.
