Position : SAP TESTER THOUSAND OAKS CA

Location – Thousand Oaks CA

Client is Amgen

 

Rate is $65 – 70/Hr

 

Day to day responsibility is to be a senior technical expert on the software applications being supported or enhanced/deployed in this group, as well as playing a senior technical role relative to deploying the necessary software applications to the business end-user community.

 

This position is critical to ensure that the systems impacted by a SAP upgrade are properly tested. A number of critical business processes including chargebacks, rebates, and real time pricing rely on these systems and interfaces with SAP to functioning properly.

 

As an Application Systems Analyst you will:

• Creation and revision of test cases.
• Work as a liaison between the Business and project team to ensure all relevant business processes are tested for.
• Ensure the data required to perform the test cases is available and in the appropriate system.
• Manage the daily testing activity to ensure all cases are executed within provided timeframes.
• Work in the Quality Center application to ensure test cases are completed, defects tracked and resolved, and approvals are completed. 

 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of System Testing Experience and will demonstrate proven experience in the following:

·         Previous experience testing with SAP and interfaces

·         Ability to work cross functional to define required test cases, authoring of test cases, and management of test case execution
