Title : - Sr. SAP ABAP Developer
Location:  Ashburn, VA
Duration: 11 months


Job/Technical Requirements

Qualifications:

ê More than 7 Years of core SAP R/3 ABAP development experience including Dialog Programming, ALV, BAPI's, RFCs, BADI's, and ABAP Objects.
ê Interact with SAP functional leads to prioritize and plan work for their respective areas.
ê Required to work with business stakeholders to understand current business processes in order to facilitate the accurate and complete integration of new development objects.
ê Experience in developing complex cross-application solutions for SAP ECC 6.0.
ê Experience with development of interfaces to and from SAP utilizing various interface methods and middleware systems.
ê Strong experience in ABAP WebDynpro, SAP script, Smart forms, ALE, IDOCS, ALV reporting.
ê Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Participates in and conducts peer reviews as needed.
ê Communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

ê Provides leadership, guidance to other resources, motivate and coordinate the activities of the team.
ê Conduct work effort estimations; develop execution work plans, and follow-up on work progress.
ê Experience building and supporting custom workflow within SAP.
ê Experience in Adobe Forms, SOA.
ê Experience or good knowledge in XI/PI, and Netweaver Portal is an advantage.
ê Experience / Knowledge in one of these modules: SRM, CRM, MDM, HCM, Payroll, Leasing, Real Estate.

Title: SAP APO Technical Consultant
Location:  Ashburn, VA
Duration: 11 months
 
Job Responsibilities (day to day duties):

- Programmer/analyst to transform functional specifications into SAP technical solution
- Develop technical specifications using the functional specifications document - Develop ABAP code to fulfill the functional and technical requirements
- Develop and execute unit test plans to meet functional and technical requirements
Job/Technical Requirements:
• 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience in SAP APO and SmartOps with at least 1 year experience in Inventory Optimization implementation
• Strong IT development and SDLC skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of a team as well as an independently
• Must be a good team player, detail oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative • Provides timely and accurate status on job assignments
• Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
• Recognizes areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement • Identify issues to leads and/or management and provide possible solutions
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Top 5 or Less Requirements:

• SAP ABAP development experience in SAP APO with at least 1 year experience in Inventory Optimization implementation
