Requirement 1#:

Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location :  Boston, MA 
Duration : 3 months+

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Five (5) or more years of strong Analyst experience, with demonstrated business interviewing, requirements gathering and documenting history
• BA or BS degree in Systems, IT, Business Management, or related degree preferred; or equivalent experience. Masters degree a plus.
• Excellent SDLC and Methodology knowledge/background
• Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills; ability to work independently.  Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition.
• 3+ years experience working in a Desktop, Intranet and/or web development environment.
• Ability to effectively use MS Office tools, including Visio, Project, Word, Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively utilize external research resources
• Experience and knowledge with Requirement Tracking and Management Tools.
• Excellent comfort level with technical systems, software deployment and documentation of technical specifications.
• Audit experience and background helpful, but not necessary


Requirement 2#:

Position : Project Manager
Location : Boston, MA
Duration : Long Term


Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a technology environment
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects to diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on large scale projects
• Proficiency with MS Project, or comparable project management software
• Experience implementing system using standard data exchange protocols
• Experience managing data integration projects
• Experience managing and implementing business intelligence projects
• Experience working with web based and database technologies
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, communicative, and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Technical / software development background
• Experience delivering a project to create an integrated role-driven web portal using third-party portal software with features delivered through portlets.
• Experience managing web services implementations and delivery of web-based services
• Experience managing projects delivered in an educational environment, particularly PK-20
• Experience managing state government projects
• Experience managing projects using unified process (RUP) and SDLC
• Understanding of SOA / Service Oriented Architecture.
• Understanding of SSO / Single Sign-on technology.
• Understanding of how Information Architecture and User Centered Design need to be applied in a project through both requirements elicitation and development.
• Understanding of web presentation development (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSP).
• PMP certification
