10+ years professional project or program management experience.
5+ years experience implementing Salesforce's Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud applications.
Business Analyst  -  Documents detailed requirements and business processes
Relates requirements and system capabilities
Works with team to develop solutions and recommendations based on requirements
Defines end user training plans
Develops end user training deliverables
Assists with basic configuration tasks associated to Salesforce
Configure objects
Configure page layouts
Configure roles and profiles
Configure validation rules, formulas
Setup email templates
Setup email merge templates
