Job Title:QA Lead
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 3+ Months

Experience:
The candidate for this position should have a technical background and should be familiar with both manual and automated testing tools and best practices.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities - leading through example, servant-leadership
* 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance and Testing
* 3+ years in a team lead or management role
* Strong understanding of Agile concepts, specifically Scrum
* Experience with Agile testing
* Previous development experience or knowledge of Java environments
* Bachelor's in Engineering/Science or Mathematics (Computer Science preferred)
* Passion for QA and testing.
* Attention to detail, effective communicator, and focus on quality
* Quick learner of technology solution and business operations
