Job Description

This position requires site administration and technical knowledge of HP Quality Center 10/ALM 11, Performance Center and test automation tools including QTP and SAPTAO. Individual will be responsible for HPQC administration to support day-to-day operational activities well as technical installation, configuration, upgrade, and migration activities. The position will also support project-based activities including the implementation and expansion of test automation environments, tool migration activities, and integrating HP Test Management tools with other software projects / applications.

Required Skills and Experience
· Experience with technical installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of QC10 and/or ALM 11 and Performance Center/LoadRunner test management tools.
· Experience with QC10/ALM11 database structure and ability to create queries in Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
· Experience with installing, configuring, and maintenance of test automation tools such as HP QTP and SAP TAO.
· 3 to 5 years experiencing with managing and configuring HP and/or Mercury Test Management Tools

Preferred Qualifications
· Upgrade experience from QC 10 to ALM 11 is a plus
· Experience with the use of project templates in HPQC extremely helpful
· Experience with Genelogix eApprove add-on for QC10/ALM11 a plus
· Experience with HPAgile, HPSync, Shunra for HP add-on capabilities helpful
· Experience working in an Health Care validated environment and adhering to compliance controls
· Understands test management processes and best practices
· Basic knowledge of SAP and use of SAP TAO helpful
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to write installation procedures and verification processes.
· Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
· Customer service mindset and sense of urgency
· Self-directed; ability to make decisions with occasional guidance and review from next level of management
· Proven ability to deliver results in a timely manner
· Strong analytical skills
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
