  • The Telephony CTI and CRM Specialist is a contractor position and will provide expertise to the existing Telephony Team in the areas of call center design, CTI delivery via Avaya AES CVLAN and TSAPI, Call Recording, as well as CRM integration to our call center desktop for Avaya products.
  • The focus is expected to include a review of the existing design to offer best practice recommendation to meet a 99.96% availability of Avaya's Voice Portal and Interaction Center with Avaya IC SDK integration to our CRM Desktop.

SUMMARY: We are looking for Mobile Developers that would be a good fit with our phoneGap/hybrid development approach. 1+ years of agile SCRUM experience and excellent communication skills are required. If a candidate wants to focus on pure native development of mobile applications, they would not be a good fit for us.  We are developing for iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and tablet applications using PhoneGap as an abstraction layer.  It is good for the candidate to have some Java and/or webservice background since some of the work will be Java coding.  Spring is a nice to have but we don't need Spring MVC skills. Additionally, experience with Sencha Touch is preferred.

We have partnered with a large financial company in Wilmington, DE area to provide them with User Web Experience Developer. The ideal candidates will be responsible for front-end developemnt. The ideal candidates need to have an experience with Java Script, HTML5, CSS3, .Net background

 

Our client is looking for a User Web Experience Developer for a 6 month contract with potential to convert to full time.

 

Summary: Focus is on a front-end developer with heavy focus on javascript (non-library) based expertise. Prefer candidate to have .NET razor front-end development and design background experience (80% front-end developer and 20% designer)

 

Client is currently using HTML 5 and would prefer to have someone with at least some experience with HTML 5. The person will be doing front end development utilizing CSS3 and HTML 5. The client recently switched over to a .net razor environment so someone with that background would be a huge plus.

 

20% of the role will be on the design side so someone with familiarity with Adobe packages would be a big plus.

  • Experience with one or more wireframe, prototyping tools (Axure, Visio, Dreamweaver, etc.).
  • Knowledge of analysis and application of web analytics.
  • Experience with agile methodologies a plus. 

Education and/or Certifications:

 

  • B.A. /B.S. in visual/interactive design, computer science or related field; or equivalent work experience. 

Technical skills and abilities:

 

  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem diagnosis and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to balance multiple concurrent efforts.

Working Conditions:

 

  • General office work.
  • Flexibility with respect to hours.
  • Occasional late/weekend hours to meet deadlines.
  • Occasional travel to meet with business contacts.
