Need Locals who can go for a Inperson

This is for a company that hasn't worked a ton with C2C resources so they need to be sharp from a communication perspective….

*       J2EE experience.
*       Experience with Spring in general,; Spring MVC would be a plus
*       Experience with Hibernate a plus
*       Javascript/HTML skills are essential. We aren't looking for Javascript Jedi masters, but we definitely need people who aren't afraid to do a moderate amount of javascript coding.
*       Insurance experience certainly a plus, but not required.
