Job Title               :               RECRUITER - US Staffing

Location               :               Chennai

Timings                :               6:30 pm– 3:30 am IST (night shift)

 

·         Sound experience on portals like Dice, Monster, Corp-to-Corp etcExpertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, headhunting with minimum Turn-around-Time.

·         Understanding US Tax terms and Visa.

·         Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract to Hire and Full Time Position.

·         Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EAD's, Green Cards and H1B Consultants.

·         Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiation and presentation skills

 

 

 

 

Job Title               :               Business Development Manager (Client Sales)

Location               :               Chennai

Timings                :               6:30 pm– 3:30 am IST (night shift)

 

·         Good understanding of IT staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.  

·         Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts and new clients.

·         Proficient in finding profiles to suit particular client requirement.

·         Building database, Cold calling, Requirement gathering, sharing Requirement with Recruiters, Client Interaction,

·         Meeting up the clients (Project Managers & Procurement team) in person to discuss about upcoming projects, directional insight on resource planning.

·         Understands clients' needs

·         Business Development prospects through Cold Calling, Email Campaigning and Web search.

·         Handling various clients in multiple domains

·         Identify Staff Augmentation based assignments and fulfilling them with the help of recruiting team.

·         Developing new clients and maintaining existing clients for the business

·         Handling all recruitment & delivery related issues and grievances.

·         Making timely and effective follow-up to a closing decision.
