Title: QA Lead –

Expert in Loadrunner
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Interview------F2F

Looking for 2-3 years as a lead

Requirements:

• 7 to 10+ years experience as a "hands on" QA Analyst
• Ability to function independently with little supervision
• Ability to learn new systems and their business purpose within a short period of time
• Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.
• Some leadership experience desired.  The ability to "take the lead" in a group of peers to accomplish the project goals would be highly desirable.
• Ability to function in a quick paced environment and be responsive to client needs.
• 2+ years of experience leading offshore resources (assigning work, monitoring progress, checking results).
• Must have a working knowledge of databases, including relationships and hierarchy, to perform queries as part of testing criteria. Analyst must also develop an understanding of the business use of all applications.
• Strong understanding of the Quality Assurance Process Methodology.
• Bachelors Degree related to Information Technology from a United States accredited college or university.
• Financial Services application experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Load Runner is required
