Type            :  Long Term Contract

Rate: $50+DOE on C2C

Start Date: Immediate  ; BG will be initiated if selected

 

Job Description:

 

·         Project Manager II is responsible for the performance of medium sized technical projects, or 2 or 3 small projects, or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

 

·         Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.

 

·         Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives.

 

·         Minimum 4-8+ years of project management experience

 

·         6-10+ Years of progressive IT experience

 

·         Ability to manage, coordinate and guide a project team * Ability to manage complex projects * Ability to resolve highly complex technical issues * Ability to work well with senior management * Attention to Detail

 

·         Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field * Excellent leadership skills * Excellent negotiation skills * Excellent planning skills using industry planning applications

 

·         Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

 

·         PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired

 

·         Post-graduate degree desired Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Strong negotiation skills * Strong relationship development skills
