   Ability to architect complex data structures
   Advanced database tuning exp
   Exp with Pivot and Sub-queries
   Data Warehouse exp
   Database Design and Architecture exp
   Knowledge of SQL Clustering
   Knowledge of SAN configurations
   SQL Server 2008 R2
   Table Partitioning
   Good knowledge of SSIS
