Position: Lead Java J2EE Developer

Location: Stamford, CT

Duration: Long Term

Interview Face 2 face is required after first telephonic round  

Description:

Work within a small fast paced team to develop and maintain web based enterprise software. The software manages the creation and storage of commercial artwork from conception to production. The developer will be expected to work on the design, development, testing and maintenance of product line. Good communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team are critical to this position. As a senior member of this team your job will also include a larger focus on mentoring and teaching younger developers good coding practices and running design and code reviews.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 Education:

·         Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,  Electrical Engineering  or Math

Experience:

·         8 years experience programming in Java EE

·         3 years experience work on Enterprises Software applications including experience with application servers (Glassfish experience preferred)

·         5 years experience developing database driven applications with Oracle

·         2 years experience with code repository management tools such as Subversion (SVN)

·         5 year experience developing Web 2.0 User Interfaces with AJAX, Javascript and JQuery

·         3 years experience as a Lead Developer or Team Lead
