Experience: 6+ years of experience with at least 2 - 3 years of solution
design and development experience on J2EE both on the server side & UI
design

Skills:

- Should have been part of at least 2 SOA implementations.

- Should have a good understanding of SOA maturity model & WS-*
standards

- Ability to work in teams and has strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement
solutions.

- Strong JAVA, J2EE skills with Weblogic

- Hands-on experience in Spring, Hibernate & SOA/ Web Services
(JAX-RPC, JAX-WS, JAX-RS).

- Good understanding of Maven, Eclipse IDE and configuration
(ChangemanDS / SVN) & Continuous Integration tools (Hudson/ Jenkins)

- Candidates with knowledge on Weblogic MDB, JMS, IBM MQ will be
preferred.


Responsibilities:

. Ability to drive and own the detailed technical design and
development independently

. Ability to translate technical requirements /high level design to
low level design and technical components

. Manage code quality standards definition and enforcement and
 continuous integration policies/practice.
