| Experience developing and delivering training curriculum for enterprise level applications. |
| Experience implementing train-the-trainer concept. |
| Experience developing customer training classes(including hands-on exercises) for the system users and administrators |
| Experience developing and validating user requirements. |
| Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills in data related projects. |
| Must be able to demonstrate he/she possess solid oral and written communication skills |
| Ability to show initiative, good analytical skills. |
| Must have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or training related field from an accredited institution with 10 years of experience in professional training. |
Preferences:

| 1-3 | Project management skills |

| Technical Training Certification |
|
| Experience with education related applications and education data analysis is preferred. |
