The manager told me that he will hire the candidate today if I find the right person.Please look for strong java dev with flex experience.
In that case, that developer must have superior Java/middle-tier experience along with adequate web front-end development experience such as Ajax, JQuery, HTML5, JSP. As usual, this position is for immediate hire.
· They should have strong design skills, being able to utilize CSS and layouts with ease.
· As for Java, the candidate should have at minimum 5 years of experience (3 with Master's degree) working with Java middle-tier, with experience in Spring or EJB 3 mandatory.
· Object-oriented UI design should come easily for this person; he/she should know how to best break screens down into reusable parts, structure UI-based APIs, and create design patterns that promote maintainability and high code quality.
Additional experience working with Java-based UI frameworks (javascript, JSP, Ajax) is a plus, as is HTML5 knowledge
