Job Description

Must Have Skills:

Responsibilities:

Performance monitoring and tuning

Support users in pilot and production environment for performance and/or tuning tasks

Usage of reports and system monitoring

Objects management and migration across environments

Provide feedback/reports on system usage and potential bottlenecks

Provide ad-hoc technical support to the user community

 Skills:

MicroStrategy Product Suite, particularly MicroStrategy Enterprise Manager, Object Manager, Command Manager

MicroStrategy Server administrator skills

MicroStrategy Desktop skills

Familiarity with operating systems (windows and Linux) and shell script

Oracle SQL

Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering

Professionalism and commitment to the engagement

Knowledge of Database or Datawarehouse technology will be a plus, but not a requirement
