rate 40/hr

 

 

Key Skills / Experience:

 

The successful candidate needs to have SAP BW (preferably version 7) testing experience as well as being proficient in backend database testing methodologies. The specific assignment being resourced involves testing large volumes of data are mapped correctly across multiple databases and that the business data mapping rules are applied correctly. Strong SQL skills are essential.

 

 

Position Summary:

 

This position is responsible for detailed test case design; execution of test cases; defect identification, reporting, and management; and status and metrics reporting regarding test case design, execution, and defects for a specific application or suite of applications within a designated business unit vertical(s) supported by Global IT QA. The Test Designer may support multiple concurrent test efforts and is also responsible for assisting the Test Solution Architect in test data identification and creation.

 

The Test Designer is responsible for manual test case design and/or for automated test case design, both using Global IT QA's standard testing software.
