ROLE: AS400 / Synon Lead

 

 

Essential Skills : AS400 / iSeries, SYNON Lead with 6+ years hands on Experience.
Should have development/Support skills on Synon,  ILE/ RPG, ILE/ CL and COBOL/400.
Strong understanding of Change management tool - ALDON.
 
• Strong analytical and development skills in analyzing a business need is a must and have good understanding of Pharmacy benefit management.
• Lead needs to work and gain knowledge on multiple areas of the application which would provide great learning opportunities.
• Should be capable of doing an impact analysis and be ready to engage with client in resolving critical tickets and support request. 
• Should have good inter-personal skills and co-ordinate with offshore team in resolving and managing support priorities
• Good communication skills and interactions with offshore teams and client end users.
• Candidate needs to be a self-starter and a quick learner
