Sr. Business Analyst with Business Process – P&C exp, Underwriting exp:

 

 

7 plus years of BA experience with 5 yrs of P&C preferably some with Specialty Programs

 

P&C BA

·         Strong end to end business analysis skills - 10-12 yrs

·         P&C Insurance background - -Claims Systems and/or Underwriting Systems experience a plus.

·         Complete SDLC

Business Process background -

·         Business Process Design experience 1 – 2 years

o   Experience that demonstrates developed knowledge of business analysis processes and functions

o   Experience in process elicitation and documentation

o   Knowledgeable in best practice recommendations for process design

 

·         Ability to work with the Underwriting & Actuarial community

·         Solid oral and written communications are a must

·         Must have a passport or be willing to get one for potential travel.

More than anything, must have proven ability to produce a written functional specification
